Opportunity Probability Mass Update

Hi,

I did a mass update on some opportunity records but the probability of the records did not update.

I've looked and I cannot seem to find how I can do this.  I've tried
- Mass Update
- Import and update the opportunities
- Direct list editing

There doesn't seem to be any quick way to do this?

Am I missing something?
