Partial Taxgroup Export

I am trying to get the Taxgroups ..the export does not include all of the citys..

example

DI GIORGIO_93203,BODFISH_93205,BUTTONWILLOW_93206,EDISON_93220,FRAZIER PARK_93222,FELLOWS_93224,FRA...

I need all the data in the city column not just some...anyone know what to do?
