Importing 1099 YTD amounts when converting to NetSuite

We are converting mid-year from another system. How do we import 1099 data YTD $$ amounts into NetSuite?  At year end we certainly don't want to issue each vendor two 1099's, one from each system.  We have been unable to get this answered by our reseller.
