Can't import image names - Please can anyone help?

edited Dec 3, 2019 12:35PM in Account Administration 2 comments

Hi,

I've recently uploaded about 1600 images into my filing cabinet. I did not upload them into the images folder, but instead into a folder called 'images' which is in my 'live hosting files' folder. I did this since I would like to at some stage take advantage of descriptive URL's and my understanding is that these will only work with files hosted inside the 'live hosting files' folder.

This is not what this post is about though.

All I then wanted to do was to import the image names into the item records. In the past I have had no problem doing this when the images were stored in the standard 'images' folder, however now I have moved them to the folder within my live hosting files, the import does not see that there are images present and therefore won't import the names.

Howdy, Stranger!
