Trouble Exporting reports to Excel

edited Dec 3, 2019 12:35PM in Account Administration 2 comments

I'm having trouble exporting reports to Excel.
I can export the same reports to CSV no issues, but I lose formulas and formatting.
When I export to Excel the error message says:
"The file you are trying to open 'named report' is in a different format than specified by the file extension.  Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source befor opening the file. Do you want to open the file now? Yes allows some reports to open but not others.

When I opt to save the report, the file appears to export but when I attempt to open it, I get this error: "The file you are trying to open 'file name.xls' is in a different format than specified b the file extension.  Verify that  the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file.  Do you want to open the file now?  Yes then results in another error...Problems During Load pop up window indicates "Problems came up during load: Table.

Howdy, Stranger!
