"Unexpected Error" in general
Could anyone suggest what causes csv imports to get "unexpected" errors in general? To me that just says "There's an egregious bug in netsuite but we don't care".
I had an import spec for sales orders that was tested extensively. I imported the spec via a bundle from one instance to another and when I tried it in the new instance it just falls over and dies. Is there any way for me to figure out what is going on?
I do have a gold support ticket logged but they're not coming up with anything so far.
