importing gift certificate codes into a sales order

Hi there,
we are doing a program with a GROUPON type of company. We have a few hundred vouchers that were purchased from Groupon. And now we have to enter them as gift certificates into a sales order with Groupon as the customer.

I have tried setting up a CSV import but something is wrong.

In otherwords, the actual money transaction takes place with the customer and groupon.  Then Groupon pays us our share.

So, we set up Groupon as the customer.

We created a sales order

Then each name or voucher code is entered on subsequent line items. So the sales order has many line items, one per voucher code/gift certificate.
