CSV Update Matrix Items using Name/Number
I was trying to create a CSV update to update a couple fields in my inventory. I was referencing the items using the Name/Number field. This works for all the normal inventory items. However, for Matrix Items, it seems like the matrix item wants a number like:
MATRIX1 : 12345
where MATRIX1 is the matrix parent Name/Number, and 12345 is the sub-item Name/Number. Anyway to use CSV to reference it just as '12345'?
Is the Matrix prefixing a feature we can turn off? We are using 5 digit numbers to uniquely identify our items. We use matrix items because it gives us a easy way to group items on our website that differ only in color.
