Creating NetSuite xml sample and posting it to NetSuite

We have an application, that is a transporter between our data-center and NetSuite. The documents go in both directions.
We would like to generate the sample NetSuite xml files and then post them to NetSuite. We have downloaded the xsd schemas v 2013_1 for documents we are interested in. We have generated xml files from these schemas and the problem is to fill them in with correct data.
As you know, the data is account specific. The question is how to get all account specific information for current account (like valid internalIDs, entities, items etc)?

So, summarizing the question, let us try to imagine we have the generated Sales Order, that looks like this:
