CSV importing quantity prices gives an ERROR on one price level

I have an excel file with columns like this....

Internal ID, 0 Price, 25 Price, 50 Price

So, I bring in the prices using three separate CSV imports.

I import 0 Price column with no errors.
I import 25 Price column with no errors.
I import 50 Price column with errors on ALL items.  ERROR=

If you are not replacing the entire matrix you may only update existing headers. 50 is not in the existing matrix.
