XML import

Hi,

We're currently trying to integrate a web store with NetSuite. Time is getting very tight, and one of our developers is suggesting setting up the store so that it sends us an XML file and then we import it into NetSuite. Is this something we can do manually, similar to CSV import, or is it something that needs to be done using web services (or alternative).
