Migrate data from Micrsoft Dynamics CRM to Netsuite (one time migration)

Hi,

Are there any recommended approaches to migrate data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to NetSuite?  This will be a one time migration with a concentration on basically master records (accounts, items, etc.);  I do know MS CRM has ability to export lists to excel which could then be in turn imported into NetSuite.

Question:  has anyone done this before?  any recommended steps to follow (for example, which records should be imported first).
