NetSuite Email Plug-In - For creating draft bills
Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has worked on the following idea, it seems simple and should be normal practice i think.
I was looking into setting up a NetSuite Email Plug-In service so we can forward out incoming vendor emails into NetSuite. The proposed workflow would be:
1. Email comes into NetSuite and triggers the script
2. The important information is copied into variables i.e. from address, to address, attachment and body.
3. If the from address is found to be a vendor contact, then do
4. Create a draft bill with vendor found, add the attachment to the communications \ files & email body to the communications
