anyone have a reference for NS payroll service

We are currently looking into new payroll services for our company and was wondering if anyone could share their experience with NetSuite's payroll service.  We have employees in two different states so I need to know specifically if NetSuite's service can handle that.  Also, it appears from previous posts that there have been some errors in reporting leading to incorrect taxes being paid - has this been fixed??

I would really appreciate any feedback - good or bad. With the amount of work involved in switching services, I want to make sure I make the right decision the first time!!
