W-3's not available

When trying to print W-3's, the system prints W-2's which is no help. Also, when printing W-2's there;s no option to print data only, for use on preprinted forms.  I have tried every which way to print W3's but to no avail. Also, a data only option for W2's is necessary for Copy A for use on the scan form. Incidently, the system doesn't print out a copy A. Has anyone seen this as well or is everyone else using Perquest or someone to do their W2/W3???
