Employees also show up as customers/contacts
I am not sure why this happened, but a good amount of our employees also show up as customers/contacts. Because of this, several employees created events and saved email to the customer/contact records and not their employee record.
Will an exporting, re-assign the Internal ID to the employee record clean this up?
If I simply mark their customer/contact record Inactive, will it still show up in the global search?
