Tracking Paid Time Off

Is there anyway we can tracking PTO by pay period if we don't track time on NetSuite? Our employees are give a lump sum for each paycheck.  Have it set up with (5.54) accrue rate as per pay period, but no hours are every added.  :h_a_w:
