Showing monthly price on invoice with billing schedules

edited Jan 8, 2020 3:46AM in SuiteCloud / Customization

We have sales orders set up with lengths of 1 year.
Our billing cycles are quarterly.
But when we sell, we usually sell customers based on a monthly price.

Example:  Customer A buys our service for $40/month.  We bill them quarterly for the service for the term of the sales order.

Unfortuantely, the way we have to set up prices within Netsuite is based on their yearly value.  So on the invoice we don't have any easy way to show the customer the per-month value that they purchased.  Netsuite instead shows "partial fulfillment".

We are going to customize the invoice to hide the fulfillment field, however, we still want to show the user their monthly price automatically.

Howdy, Stranger!
