Need help creating a custom email that pulls from transaction fields
Hi all,
I am trying to create a custom email that pulls from custom fields in our Estimates/Invoices. I have tried using the custom field names we have, placing them in the email, sending the email from the transaction form. The results in the email are blank.
Example:
The items we have sent you are from the <CUSTBODY_LISTNAME> list.
The resulting email shows "The items we have sent you are from the <CUSTBODY_LISTNAME> list." No data in field name.
What am I doing wrong?
