Sourcing Filtering?
Our Partners supply different software systems that our Customers use. On the Customer Form there is a Partner field. When that is populated with a Partner name, I want a custom Partner System dropdown filtered by the systems that that Partner can supply.
Do I need to use Customer Records for this? eg PartnerName, SystemName, SystemTYpe and then somehow access this from the Partner System list field where customer.Partner Name = CustomRecord.PartnerName?
any suggestions?
[btw I created a Custom Record but having created it, I can't find it anywhere except in the Customisation. Gave Permissions to Administrator and Sales Manager but neither roles has it appearing anywhere]
