Custom Centers
I'd like to greatly simplify the NetCRM UI for out Sales team. While they use CRM heavily, only 10% (or even less!) of the basic Sales Center navigations are actually used.
To go about this, I'm investigating the use of a Custom Center to start with a clean slate and define our menu navigations. I've set up a few sample custom tabs and links for my test custom center. However, it looks as though the standard Activities Tab and Support Tab continue to show. Is there any way to eliminate these as well?
Also, is there any way to define top level links in a tab? ie. Menu items that don't require a sub-menu.
