How to retrieve exchange rate in suitescript?

Anyone knows if it is possible to retrieve the value of the current company-wide exchange rate in SuiteScript ?

Our company is in EUR and I have a transaction that is in EUR, so the exchange rate is 1.  However, when calculating margins, the product costprices are in USD, since the vendor is in USD. 

I want to recalculate the costprice in EUR based on the exchange rate entered company-wide.  Otherwise we have to type in the exchange rate on each transaction.
