New user - Want Customer to see reports which view is best?

Hi All,
Ive been given the task of customising our newly installed Netsuite system. I have setup customers to view standard Customer Centre but they cant get access to any reports I do. The docs suggest I need to give them access to Partner centre.
Am I right in thinking I cant customise the Partner centre view?
All they need access to is Cases and Reporting really - the Partner centre gives them too much and the Customer Centre not enough.
