Activity vs Notes - contact & company records
Hi team
If I select Call in a contact record and make notes of conversation with the contact and save it as Completed, a copy is in the Activity tab of both the contact and vendor (or customer).
If I do the same with a Note (telephone call - outbound) the note only exists within the contact.
How can I get this to copy onto the Company (vendor or customer) record?
