Shopping Cart Customization

The NetSuite shopping carts defaults to the cheapest shipping option until the customer selects a different option, such as UPS ground, in the checkout process.  In our case the cheapest option is 'Customer Pick-Up'.  Since there is no charge for this service NetSuite displays 'Free Shipping' is the shopping cart.  We do not want this.

Is there anyway to remove this from the cart display?  We would like to have our cart just display the current shipping option selected along with the price, nothing more.

We have the same problem with our 'Request Freight Quote' option.  Any ideas?
