Creating a Custom Report from an Excel Spreadsheet

I have been sent here because I have spoken with Netsuite technical support and they are not able to assist me with the type of report that I need.  I think the report that we will need will have to be created special, because there is nothing in the current reporting or search parameters to report the information. We are trying to replicate an excel spreadsheet with specific information into a custom report in netsuite.  None of the custome features for reporting are able to create this report for us. 

I am open to suggestions.
