Default Formula Value Doesn't Carry Over
This seems like an odd thing and I'm unsure if the system should work this way.
I have created a "copied terms" field that sources the terms field. The custom field formula value is {terms}. I needed to do this because I am unable to create a custom field on my item fulfillment screen that sources directly from the terms field, I'm not sure why this is the case? When I look at the customer record the value in "terms" is the same as "copied terms". When I create the source field in the item fulfillment it displays as blank leading me to believe the value is not saving correctly but I do have the field
