Transactions Subtab will not Display

Inadvertantly, I delected a custom "Sales Person" Role and have been rebuiliding it under Manage Roles.  Through this process I can not get the "Transactions" subtab under the "General" tab in a Customer Record to appear for selection (Transactions subtab is typically to the right of the User and System Notes subtab).  Try as I may, I can not find where to activate/turn this on when defining the role in Manage Roles.

Any ideas?
