Color Coding by Geographical Location?

I looked at the highlighting by days of the week and had an idea.  We are a west coast based company that distributes all across the country.  We would like our picking and fulfillment queue to be color coded so that we can differentiate between west coast, middle states and east coast so that we can prioritize east coast and middle states orders to be fulfilled before west coast for any given day since the transit time is longer.  Would there be a way to highlight the orders so the pickers and pickers know how to prioritize their fulfillment process?
