Customise Daily Facts Alert
Hello
My users really like the "Daily Facts Alert" but they find the way it shows the upcoming tasks and events without any "related to" quite frustrating.
It means you get the alert "Wed 07/11 11AM - Sales Meeting"
BUT what you really need is "Wed 07/11 11AM - Sales Meeting : Customer123"
OR "Wed 07/11 11AM - Meeting to discuss : Case123"
OR "Wed 07/11 11AM - Follow up Call : Lead123"
This is also the way the Calendar should display events BTW
At the moment my users need to type in "Meeting customer123" and then also associate to customer123, for the calendar and the alerts to have any real meaning
