Delete center tabs from a role?

I created a customer center role so that customers can view their open cases.  It looks like someone from my company had experimented with this before because there are two "test" tabs that appear along the top navigation bar when the user logs in.  Is there a way to delete these?  What's worse, is that these center tabs are now appearing in every role I use.  I can't seem to find where these reside to inactivate them.  Any ideas?
