Custom Records with Many to Many relationship

Setting up a one to many relationship with Custom Record Types seems straight forward, but I don't see how to do a Many to Many.

Does anyone know how this can be done?  Or has anyone been able to do this that could explain how?

I'd like a many custom records of one custom record type to be associated with many custom records of a second type and vice versa.
