Partner Center and Document Fields

Hi, we have a problem with the customer center. We believe that is role/permission problem.

Our partners need to be able to download a document associated with prospect record. For now this is imposible. The custom document field doesn't appear on partner center forms, and the field is setted up to appear!

How can it be done?

Or how can a get the external url of the document to donwload the file?
