Remove Tax fields from columns in transaction Forms

Hi,

Based on the infomration available on the forum on how to remove/hide Tax fields, I have been able to Hide Tax field from the Main tab of my forms.

How do I remove/hide Tax fields from the Colums in these forms? Eg. Opportunity form >> Item Tab >> Tax Fields
