Getting Credit Card info on SO?

I'm trying to create a functionality on Sales Orders to check if the customer has at least 1 credit card that isn't expired on his record.

Now, there doesn't seem to be any way to source credit card info onto a SO. The reference PDF also doesn't seem to indicate it'd be possible for me to script open the customer record and read through the credit card lines.

Anyone have any suggestions?
