Skill Tracking and Resource Scheduling
We are a professional services consulting company. We do software consulting for HP software.
We are trying to move all of of our Project Management into Netsuite. We have just started using Advanced Job Tracking to bill time and expenses to jobs.
We would like to move away from some other Resource Scheduling software we have been using and bring this into Netsuite. We are looking for ideas or best practices for Skills Tracking for employees that could be searched by our Resource Scheduler.
Ideally, we would like to be able to have a list of approximately 50 software categories that would each have children items for such things as software versions. Employees could then rate their strengths for each on a scale from 1 - 5.
