"Options" filed on Transaction Forms

Hello,

Only a few of our items have options. Is there a way have the "options" column field show up only when the PO/SO has an item with an option? What is happening is that most of our PO/SO's print out with a blank Option column and it doesn't look the best.

Any help is appreciated.
