Customized Footer Navigation

Greetings!

I've been asked to duplicate the navigation bar at the top of the pages in this site [ http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.644536/sc.16/.f ]in the footer.

The site uses a customized version of one of NS's out-of-the-box themes (Basic: Flat Blocks) and I'm not having much luck getting the navigation bar to appear.

Any suggestions?
