Problem with external lead forms on a custom record.

Okay - this is kinda difficult to explain. 

Background.

I have a custom record that links to cases via the field case.  So if your in a case - you see a tab case surveys and the survey pertaining to that case is there.

Now.  Upto a few days ago (or I could have sworn) I used to use NLCASENUMBER in the survey URL.  eg. this url.

https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcustrecordpage.nl?compid=ACCT88119&formid=22&h=8c9b43ed1126defd2d00&custrecord153=Implementation%20Survey&custrecord152=40403

Where case number is 40403.

Now - when this form got submitted it used to submit to case number 40403.   Now - if you click on the above link the case number flips to another case number - case 40391.  (Please dont submit - its a live site).
