Need a (RELIABLE) report of Gross Profit for each Salesman

Help.

I need a reliable report to track the Gross Profit for each salesman (sale price less COGS) in order to calculate their commissions.  I have gotten close by using the Customer Profitability Report and the Inventory Profitability Report but results are NOT consistantly accurate because of drop ships, bills and invoicing methods.

I really need a consistantly accurate report that can also show profit and loss on shipping as well as (if we make a profit on shipping or loose money on shipping).

Has anyone had any success in this area?
