Custom - A counter on a case form
Hello,
We have recently been wondering how much customiztaion is possible inside NS
We are trying to resolve if it is possibe to create a counter on our case form.
Basicly, we allow customers to call us 10 times per month. And we would like to have some sort of a visual indicator on the case form.
Could be simple like "01/10" which would mean 1 case used, of 10
Does anyone know is this is at all possible?
