add choices to the list "Terms"

This must be an easy task.. it's just that I can't find the way to do it.

How to add choices to the list "Terms" ? ... Before the release I could go to Lists > Other Lists > New > Terms.

But now there's no "Other Lists" option on the List menu.

Can I get some help about this matter?
