I need a big input box like the "comments" field - help??
My sales guys like to copy & paste addresses etc. from the web or from emails after they've contacted a potential new lead. To make this easy for them, I need a large box on the "Main" area of the New Lead/New Contact forms. From this they will cut & paste into the correct Netsuite fields.
I can create a new field ok under the customisation menu, but can't get it to be a BIG box that will accept carriage returns, like the existing "comments" field for example. What I have is a single line that will only accept the pasted text up to the first carriage return.
