Changing Colors of internal site

It's been a long long time since I made color changes to the normal Netsuite pages (not the customer center web store site). Yet when I went to make some changes, I could not figure out how. I did some trial and error but it did nothing.

Can someone help me to change the colors for the Internal NetSuite pages? I'm fine changing the web store/customer center pages, just can't get the regular netsuite pages to change.
