using custom types for Entities
I was browsing the ODBC views and noticed the ENTITY_TYPE field with such values as:

custjob

vendor

contact

company

etc
I'm assuming that the view is joining the entity table with the entity_type table.
What I can't tell is if there is some way for us to define our own type values?
I've been using the 'customer category' fields to differentiate between different entities, the type would be much more appropriate.
Has anyone done anything like this? Created somehow.... a new entity type?
