Phone Call Priority
Hello,
Not sure if this is the correct section, but...
Currently when you create a new "phone call" there is no way to set or change the priority of the call. Yet when you go into the list view (activities > scheduling > phone calls) there is a priority field that is defaulted to medium. Is there anyway for this field to appear as a drop down on the "new phone call" page?
