IP Address Restrictions

All,

I am trying to restrict certain users from using Netsuie from their home computers.  Basically I only want them to access Netsuite from their office locations.

Now, I have setup IP address restrictions on those users but the problem I am having is that the IP address I get from the IPConfig (local machine) is different from Netsuite is stating.  So it will not allow me to restricted it and if I use the Netsuite IP address it is the same when I login from a different terminal so it will not allow me to restrict just based on work office.
