Data Feed Manager

Our company just unexpectedly lost our Data Feed Manager/Web Designer.  We are at a loss as to what and how he did what he did.  Our business is crippled by this tragic loss and we desperately need help?  Does anyone know of a NetSuite savvy person who would like some remote, part-time work sending inventory feeds & adding images to our site to various companies for whom we do fulfillment?  Thanks so much.
