PDF Layout: Unable to display 'Customer Name' in header in printed Credit Memo

--: This issue is RESOLVED: Add custom element in the layout :--



[SIZE="1"]Strangely I am using a PDF Layout where 'Customer' element is selected and displayed.

When I tried to customize 'printing fields' in a customer transaction form, I don't see 'Customer Name' available to select in Header Section. There is 'Bill To' field available. Customer Name is not printing when you print a credit memo.

How will it work? PDF layout has the element, but not displayed in the printed credit memo.
