Email customer so they can update there fields

Hi all,  2 questions...


1 - Is it at all possible, to email a client from netsuite, and send them a link where it asks them questions which then updates into there listing in netsuite.

eg after an event with a client is complete I email them with a link and they can then answer questions and this information automatically saves in netsuite in there listing.

2-  After a clients " event date "   can i make netsuite auto send them an email with the above link asking for the feedback??
